PD Power is an evidence-based Parkinson's-specific exercise class designed for people who want to challenge their fitness and movement in a varied, higher-intensity session.
Each session combines functional strength training, aerobic exercise, cognitive dual-task activities and balance challenges to support everyday movement, confidence and independence. Led by specialist neuro physios, classes are energetic, varied and motivating, with exercises adapted to safely challenge each individual.
PD Power is suitable for people with mild to moderate Parkinson's symptoms who are able to take part in standing exercise for 60 minutes.
10.00 - 11.00am: PD Movement
PD Movement is an evidence-based Parkinson’s-specific exercise class designed to improve fitness, strength, balance, coordination and mobility at a moderate intensity.
Each session combines functional strength training, aerobic exercise, cognitive dual-task activities and Parkinson's-specific movement challenges in a supportive environment, with opportunities to rest and adapt exercises when needed. .
Classes are varied, motivating and individually tailored, helping you move with greater confidence while maintaining your fitness and independence.

Neuro Elevate is an evidence-based exercise class designed for people living with a range of neurological conditions who want to improve their confidence and ability in standing and walking.
Each session combines supported standing exercise, functional strength training, balance, coordination and cardiovascular exercise to help build stability, endurance and confidence in everyday movement.
Classes are individually adapted, with regular seated rests throughout and the opportunity to use a chair or other support whenever needed. Led by our specialist neurological physiotherapists, Neuro Elevate provides encouragement, guidance and personalised feedback to help you safely progress at your own pace.
Neuro Elevate is suitable for people with moderate neurological symptoms who are able to move between sitting and standing, with rests, over a 60-minute session.

Classes are individually adapted and led by a specialist neurological physiotherapist, helping you develop confidence in your movement while enjoying the many benefits of Pilates in a safe and supportive environment.
Seated Pilates is suitable for people who are able to participate in seated exercise for 60 minutes, with opportunities to rest whenever needed.

Using movements inspired by everyday activities, classes aim to maintain confidence, encourage independence and support the physical skills needed for daily life, while prioritising safety and enjoyment throughout.

Combining gentle movement, stretching and mindful breathing, each session is designed to improve flexibility, posture, mobility and body awareness while promoting relaxation and overall wellbeing.
Classes are individually adapted to suit a range of abilities, helping to ease stiffness, improve movement and encourage confidence through slow, controlled exercises performed entirely from a chair.
Led by an experienced yoga instructor, Seated Yoga provides a calm and supportive environment where you can enjoy the physical and mental wellbeing benefits of yoga, whatever your ability.
7.00 - 8.00pm: Advanced Neuro Pilates
Advanced Neuro Pilates is an evidence-based Pilates class designed for people living with neurological conditions who want to improve core strength, posture, balance and movement control.
Combining mat-based and standing exercises, each session challenges stability, flexibility and body awareness while helping you move with greater confidence and efficiency in everyday life.
Classes are individually adapted and led by a specialist neurological physiotherapist, ensuring expert guidance throughout.
This class is suitable for people with previous Pilates experience who are able to get on and off the floor independently.
08.30 - 09.30am: PD Circuits
PD Circuits is a dynamic Parkinson's exercise class that uses circuit training to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness, balance, coordination and endurance.
Each session combines functional strength exercises, aerobic training, cognitive dual-task activities and Parkinson's-specific movement challenges, with short recovery periods to keep you moving and working at a vigorous intensity throughout the class.

PD Circuits is suitable for people with mild to moderate Parkinson's symptoms who are able to participate in dynamic standing exercise for 60 minutes.

Pilates is an evidence-based Pilates class designed for people living with a range of neurological conditions who are new to Pilates or would like to revisit its core principles.
Focusing on posture, breathing, core stability, flexibility and movement control, each session combines standing and mat-based exercises to help improve balance, coordination, strength and the quality of everyday movement.
Classes are individually adapted and led by a specialist neurological physiotherapist, providing expert guidance to help you build confidence and develop strong Pilates foundations.
Pilates is suitable for people who are able to get on and off the floor independently.
11.30 - 12.30am: Neuro Enhance
Neuro Enhance is an evidence-based exercise class designed for people living with a range of neurological conditions who would benefit from predominantly seated exercise with short periods of supported standing.
Each session combines cardiovascular exercise, functional strength training, coordination, core stability and mobility exercises to help improve fitness, posture and confidence in everyday activities. Functional standing activities are included where appropriate to support everyday movements such as standing up, dressing and carrying out daily tasks, while regular seated exercise allows you to work at a level that feels achievable and rewarding.

Neuro Enhance is suitable for people with moderate to severe neurological symptoms who are able to exercise while sitting for 60 minutes and complete short periods of supported standing. Please have a sturdy chair available throughout the class.

MS Stabilise is an evidence-based, Multiple Sclerosis-specific exercise class designed to improve strength, balance, coordination, mobility and core stability.
Each session combines functional strength training, balance exercises, dual-task activities and exercise to support walking, stability and confidence in everyday movement.
Classes are individually adapted, allowing you to work at your own pace while receiving personalised guidance and feedback from our specialist neurological physiotherapists.
MS Stabilise is suitable for people with mild to moderate Multiple Sclerosis symptoms who are able to participate for 60 minutes in predominantly standing exercise - with seated rests where needed.

3.30 - 4.30pm: Yoga
Yoga is an important part of a well-rounded exercise programme for people living with neurological conditions. Combining gentle movement, stretching, balance work and mindful breathing, each session is designed to improve flexibility, mobility, posture and body awareness while promoting relaxation and wellbeing.
Classes are individually adapted to suit a range of abilities, with movements performed in standing and on the floor where possible, or modified for a chair, sofa or bed if needed. Led by an experienced yoga instructor, sessions provide a calm and supportive environment to help you move with greater ease, reduce stiffness and reconnect with your body through mindful movement and breathing.
The class is suitable for mixed abilities, but you will need to be able to move into a comfortable reclined position for the relaxation element at the end of the session. Please have cushions and a blanket nearby to help you get the most from your practice.
6.00 - 7.00pm: PD Power
PD Power is an evidence-based Parkinson's-specific exercise class designed for people who want to challenge their fitness and movement in a varied, higher-intensity session.

Using evidence-based training methods, including High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Tabata and strength circuits, each session combines cardiovascular fitness, functional strength training, balance, coordination and Parkinson's-specific movement challenges.
Classes are varied, motivating and individually adapted, helping you build fitness, improve movement and gain confidence in everyday activities while exercising alongside others who enjoy being challenged.
PD FIIT is suitable for people with mild to moderate Parkinson's symptoms who already exercise regularly and can comfortably participate in dynamic standing exercise for 60 minutes.

Each session combines functional strength training, balance, coordination, core stability and cardiovascular exercise with practical movement challenges based on real-life activities such as climbing stairs, getting on and off the floor, carrying shopping, getting in and out of bed or the car, and walking with confidence.
Classes are varied, individually adapted and led by specialist neurological physiotherapists, helping you build strength that translates into everyday function and greater independence.
Functional Strength is suitable for people living with mild to moderate neurological symptoms who already exercise regularly and are able to participate in predominantly standing exercise for around one hour.
