  • A varied high intensity session to challenge fitness, balance, strength, coordination and flexibility. This class is designed for people who have mild to moderate Parkinson’s symptoms, already exercise, and can participate in dynamic standing exercises for at least 45 minutes.

  • A varied low to moderate intensity class to work your fitness, balance, coordination and flexibility. This class is designed for people who have moderate to severe Parkinson’s symptoms, and can participate in seated and standing exercises for 45 minutes.

  • A varied, moderate intensity session to target better movement through fitness, strength, coordination and flexibility training to help you manage your Multiple Sclerosis symptoms. Movements aim to help the quality of your walking, endurance and strength for improved fitness and function. A session for those with mild to moderate MS symptoms who want the knowledge of a highly specialist neuro physio to feedback on movement and exercise intensity.

    You need to be able to exercise for 45 minutes mainly in standing, with rests.

  • A low to moderate intensity session for mixed neuro conditions done in sitting and optional supported standing. The class works on fitness, coordination, strength and flexibility.

    You will need to be able to move in a seated position for 45 minutes, with rests.

  • A varied high intensity class to challenge your fitness, balance, coordination and flexibility. This class is designed for people who have mild to moderate Parkinson’s symptoms, already exercise, and can participate in dynamic standing exercises for at least 45 minutes.

  • This is a varied, moderate intensity class done in a combination of sitting and supported standing. This class is designed for people with mild to moderate symptoms from Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP). It will support you in doing aerobic, strength, balance and coordination tasks to help build fitness, flexibility, stability and confidence in day to day tasks.

    You need to have registered with PSPA to take part in these classes.

  • This is a varied, low to moderate intensity class done in sitting. This class is designed for people with moderate symptoms from Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP). These classes will support you in doing aerobic, strength, balance and coordination tasks to help gently build fitness, flexibility, stability and confidence in day to day tasks.

    You need to have registered with the PSPA to take part in these classes.

  • A gentle yoga class to stretch and strengthen tight or weak areas. Simple movements will improve flexibility and cultivate awareness of your own body, alongside breathing exercises to improve focus, calm anxiety and relax both body and mind.

    The class is for mixed abilities for anyone with a neurological condition, and will be carried out sitting in a chair.

  • A Neuro Pilates class to build the foundations of better movement. This class is designed for people living with any Neurological condition and will challenge your core and stability through standing and floor exercises.

    The class is for those with prior experience of pilates. You must be able to get on and off the floor.

  • A high intensity Parkinson's specific circuit training session that promises to build your fitness, strength, coordination, balance and endurance. Each week a variety of exercises will be done with short breaks in between, to keep different areas of the body working and challenged.

    You need to be able to exercise for 45 minutes in standing.

  • A low to moderate intensity session for mixed neuro conditions done in sitting and optional supported standing, working on fitness, coordination, strength and flexibility.

    You will need to be able to move in a seated position for 45 minutes, with rests.

  • A Beginners Pilates class to gently build strength and stability for the foundations of better movement. This class is designed for people living with any Neurological condition who have done little or no pilates before. The class will introduce you to the concept of pilates, working on postural alignment, breathing and core stability.

    You must be able to get on and off the floor to attend this mat based class.

  • A varied low to moderate intensity class to work your fitness, balance, coordination and flexibility. This class is designed for people who have moderate to severe Parkinson’s symptoms, and can participate in seated and standing exercises for 45 minutes.

  • A varied high intensity session to challenge fitness, balance, strength, coordination and flexibility. This class is designed for people who have mild to moderate Parkinson’s symptoms, already exercise, and can participate in dynamic standing exercises for at least 45 minutes.

  • This is a varied, low to moderate intensity class done in sitting. This class is designed for people with moderate symptoms from Corticobasal degeneration (CBD). These classes will support you in doing aerobic, strength, balance and coordination tasks to help gently build fitness, flexibility, stability and confidence in day to day tasks.

    You must have registered with the PSPA to take part in these classes.

  • A chance to focus on improving your strength, stability and flexibility. This class is designed for people living with any Neurological condition and will take you through a series of movements in standing and lying on the floor, but can be adapted to the chair and lying on the sofa or bed if needed.

    The class is for mixed abilities but moving into a reclined position where you can relax for part of the class is essential. Please have cushions and a blanket to hand to get the most out of the session!

  • A high intensity class using interval training to challenge your fitness, strength, balance and coordination in a Parkinson's specific way. This class is designed for people who have mild to moderate PD symptoms, already exercise, and can participate in dynamic standing exercises for at least 45 minutes.

  • A low to moderate intensity session for mixed neuro conditions done in sitting and optional supported standing, working on fitness, coordination, strength and flexibility.

    You will need to be able to move in a seated position for 45 minutes, with rests.

  • A dynamic strength and conditioning session to work on core, upper and lower body strength and coordination in a controlled way to help you improve your Parkinson’s and MS symptoms. This class is designed for people who live with mild to moderate PD symptoms or mild MS symptoms, already exercise and can participate in standing exercise for a 45 minute session.
